Was surprised when they let me know they needed to run and pick up an unexpectedly needed part and/or were going to lunch and actually returned quickly to resume working. They definitely set an industry standard for professionalism, even to the point that they arrived to the house before me and immediately moved their work truck out of the driveway and parked along the curb to give me the spot in the driveway.
